What we collect when you use PlurelOS and plurelos.com, why we collect it, who helps us process it and how to reach us.

The team behind PlurelOS runs PlurelOS. For a workspace, the company that owns the workspace decides what goes into it; we process that content on its behalf and only to run the service.
What we collect
- Access requests: the work email, company name and team size you send through the request access form.
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in details from Google, Microsoft or your company's single sign-on.
- Workspace content: boards, meeting recordings and notes, contacts, files, posts and survey answers that your team adds.
- Usage and technical data: pages and features used, device and browser details, and error reports that help us fix problems.
Why we use it
To run and secure the service, answer access requests, send the emails you expect (sign-in codes, invitations, notifications you turn on) and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and your content is never used to train AI models.
AI features
AI features only read what the person asking can already see. Model providers process requests under zero-retention terms, so prompts and answers are not kept after the request. More on the security page.
Who helps us
A short list of providers hosts and processes data for us, each only for its stated purpose. The current list is on the security page.
How long we keep it
Workspace content stays while the workspace is active. Deleted items are kept for 30 days so they can be restored, then removed for good. When a workspace is deleted, its content follows the same 30 days. Access requests are kept until we answer them or you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Workspace admins can export everything in open formats at any time. Write to contact@plurelinc.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from abuse, and product analytics to see which features are used. We do not use advertising cookies.

When this notice changes, we update the date at the top and tell workspace admins about anything important. Questions go to contact@plurelinc.com.
