About

We built the workspace we needed to run our own company.

PlurelOS started inside Plurel as the internal system we used to run ourselves. Now we are opening it, slowly, as a research preview.

The story

Too many tools, none of them talking.

Running a young company means a lot of meetings, a lot of follow-ups and a lot of documents that need to be shared carefully. The usual answer is a board in one tool, meeting notes in another, a CRM, a data room, a newsletter tool and a form builder, each with its own login, search and bill.

None of those tools know about each other. A promise made in a meeting lives in someone's notes until someone remembers to copy it into a card, and then into the CRM.

So we started building one place for ourselves, piece by piece, with the same people, search and timeline under every module. It became the way Plurel runs. PlurelOS is that system, cleaned up for the first teams outside Plurel.

Research preview

Why a research preview.

PlurelOS is invite only for now. Here is why, and what it means if you join.

01

We build what we run

Every feature ships to Plurel first. If it does not hold up for our own team, it does not go any further.

02

Plurel uses it every day

Our meetings, deals, documents and updates all live in PlurelOS, so we usually hit the rough edges before anyone else does.

03

Opening slowly

We let in a small number of teams at a time, so we can talk with each one and fix what they find.

How it grew inside Plurel.

Every module exists because we needed it first, to run Plurel.

  1. Docket replaces the project board

Boards and cards with one owner and one date, showing up on each person's home.

  2. Meetings takes the notes

A meeting bot that writes notes and turns action items into cards, so nothing said in a meeting gets lost.

  3. CRM andData rooms for outside conversations

One timeline per relationship, and a careful way to share decks and diligence files.

  4. Posts andSurveys close the loop

Updates written from our own work, and research answers that flow straight into the CRM.

  5. Company Brain joins Slack

Ask a question across every module, in the app or in Slack, and get an answer from what you can see.

  6. October 2026

PlurelOS opens as a research preview

The same system we run Plurel on, now open to a small number of invited teams.

What we care about.

01

Calm over busy

Software should lower the noise. Your home tells you what needs you, and stays quiet otherwise.

02

One place, not twelve

Fewer logins, fewer copies, one search. Work moves between modules on its own.

03

Your data is yours

Isolated by design and exportable anytime. We would rather earn your stay than trap you.

04

AI that asks first

It drafts and suggests. You decide what gets sent, shared or deleted.

Say hello.

Questions about the product, the research preview or working with us. We read everything.
